Account Manager - IT Staffing

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager with a proven sales production track record, as well as stable job history. The selected candidate will be responsible for penetrating new accounts, cultivating additional business from existing accounts, as well as maintaining relationships with those clients who have Onestream.net contractors currently on-site. This is a sales/business development role requiring heavy phone work, as well as face-to-face visits with clients, in addition to some candidate interaction.

 Required skills:

  • Sales/business development experience - within the IT staffing industry

  • Strong desire to produce revenue and succeed, while meeting individual and contributing to team goals

Account Executive - Networking Hardware

Onestream.net is seeking a highly productive sales professional to join our dynamic inside sales team. This person must have a proven track record of exceeding quota which includes sales calls to prospective and existing customers, preparation of quotes, maintaining high levels of customer service relations, and ability to prioritize and organize effectively and efficiently. Must have the ability to analyze technical information from customers and make recommendations. Must possess excellent communication skills. Prefer a B.S. Degree or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years selling network hardware and understanding of networking technologies including Cisco products is required.

Responsibilities:

objectives such as account management plans, monthly forecast, and coordinating resources to ensure efficient and stable sales.

Prospecting via cold calling and re-activating previous business to identify new business opportunities in order to build a substantial pipeline that will result in the achievement of assigned revenue goals.

Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers to obtain new sales, maximize product/services satisfaction and ensure proper post-sales support is provided.

Having the ability to penetrate an account and grow our business throughout the organization and drive customer satisfaction into the entire account.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years successful direct sales in network infrastructure solutions

Passion, energy and commitment to consistently produce sales

Ability to mine leads, cold call and build relationships

Strong selling skills and the ability to close business over the phone

Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and productivity targets

Excellent knowledge of Cisco and other networking products

Must be a self-starter, and have a great sense of urgency.

Must be able to take directions and work independently

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Outstanding computer and telephone skills

Networking Field Engineer

Onestream.net, Inc. is a premier IT Systems Integrator and Microsoft Partner. We install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer networks for small and medium-sized businesses in the greater Sacramento Valley area.

Please read carefully! We are looking for a mid-level or high-level computer support consultant with excellent customer service and technical skills. Candidates must be able to support a mixed desktop environment with Macintosh and Windows PC clients as well as handle a variety of tasks and be able to support a broad range of technologies including Windows 98, NT, 2000 & 2003. Networking skills are a must. This unique position will combine sales, client relationship management, project management, people management and hands-on Information Technology skills.

Most importantly, we are looking for people who have great communication skills and can provide exceptional customer service. If you don’t think IT is a service business, you need not reply.

The ability to take full ownership of a problem, from start to finish, is essential. Trust and integrity are paramount. The ideal candidate will have the ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly, be able to succeed in a high-pressure environment, and support customers with high expectations.

This is a direct-hire position (we are NOT an agency or placement firm). As a consultant with Onestream.net, you will visit numerous small and medium sized businesses to provide regularly scheduled and on-call IT support. You will drive your personal vehicle, and will frequently visit multiple locations on any given day. Evenings and weekends are occasionally required. This is a challenging but rewarding position that will test all of your consulting skills while keeping your technical edge sharp!

We are currently accepting resumes from experienced candidates who meet the following criteria:

Job Qualifications:

·      Ability to market and promote services

·      3-5 years supporting diverse IT environments

·      Strong customer focus and communications skills, written and oral

·      MCP or MCSE (Windows NT 4.0 and/or 2000/2003) certification

·      Full-time field consulting experience a plus

·      Cisco router configuration experience for T1 and Frame Relay

·      Firewall configuration experience with SonicWall, Watchguard, and/or WebRamp

·      Expert administration and troubleshooting skills for all Windows Server products, including NT 4.0, 2000, Exchange 5.5/2000

·      System architecture design (LAN and WAN) experience

·      Expert desktop support skills for all Microsoft operating systems

 

Other helpful criteria:

·      Team management experience

·      IT project management experience

·      An undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline

·      PC troubleshooting and hardware and software repair

·      Computer networking, and wireless networking

·      Software upgrades and installation

·      Data backup and recovery

·      Virtual private networks

·      Wireless Networking

·      Tenacity to work with demanding clientele

·      A Team Player with a track record of outstanding customer service

·      The ability to take ownership, problem solve and follow-thru on tasks and duties

·      Experience managing LAN/WAN connectivity through maintenance and troubleshooting of routers, switches, hubs, network cards, and dial up networking

Responsibilities:

o     Foster client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business needs; translating those needs into technology solutions; and consistently delivering those solutions in an economical and high-quality way.  

o     Work with clients, project managers and other engineers in the design and implementation of a wide variety of systems.  

o     Travel to client sites (within and outside the greater Sacramento area) when necessary to perform project related tasks, ensuring the highest quality.  May be called on to work outside the 9-to-5 day if there is a technical support issue beyond those hours 

o     Produce and maintain comprehensive system documentation relating to implementations and systems support for client and internal technology projects. 

o     Basic Troubleshooting interpret problems, provide simple technical support, and keep track of issues and resolutions.  

o       Email: Outlook and Exchange Server, connectivity  

o       Scan-Mail software: Spam filter for server  

o       Anti-Virus: Installation, update, prevention, triage  

o       Backup Server Software: Installation, configuration, maintenance
